“John was great to work with and provided a thorough inspection of the property I had conditionally purchased. He was very approachable and answered all of my questions while on site. The report that he provided after the inspection was very detailed and well laid out. I will certainly be able to easily reference it once I take possession of the property and feel confident when it comes to making the recommended changes/improvements upon taking possession. John allowed me to feel confident with moving forward on the purchase of the property post inspection. I would definitely recommend his services before firming up on the purchase of a property.”
