While we are performing the inspections, we prefer that our clients join us along the way. This helps our clients better understand our findings and gives the chance for the questions to be asked to ensure that you know the implications. This is also your chance to get educated on the house and all it’s systems.
Professional Home Inspections for a Safer, Smarter Investment
A home inspection is an essential step in understanding the condition of a property and helps you make an informed purchasing decision. It provides valuable information about the home’s systems and components as they are at the time of inspection.
Each home is unique, and our goal is to ensure you’re well-informed about your specific home. We highly encourage your presence during the inspection, so we can address any questions orconcerns in real-time. Our commitment is to go beyond a standard checklist – we want to make sure you understand your home fully.
Exterior InspectionWe will begin by inspecting all exterior components of the home, including:
Interior InspectionMoving inside, we will assess:
What We Can and Can’t Inspect:
While we can identify almost all home problems using the right tools and techniques, there are some limitations. For example, we cannot make openings in walls to inspect behind them. We recommend scheduling the inspection during daylight hours to ensure we can properly inspect the exterior of the home.
Post-Inspection Review:
Once the inspection is complete, we’ll walk you through any concerns we’ve identified and answer all your questions. Remember, no home is perfect. Understanding how your home compares to others in the market is crucial to making an informed decision. We will do our best to provide you with the right information to help guide your decision-making process.
Important to Note:
A home inspection is not a warranty or guarantee regarding the condition of the home. Our primary goal is to help you become better informed about your property. After the inspection, you’ll receive a detailed written report summarizing our findings.
Continued Support:
We’re here for you even after the inspection. If you have any questions or concerns in the future, or need an unbiased opinion on any work being done, don’t hesitate to reach out. We want you to feel confident in your decision long after the inspection is complete.

Starting with the exterior of your house, we will inspect all exterior home components including roofing, flashing, chimneys, gutters, downspouts, wall surfaces, windows, doors, driveway, the foundation and the grading around it.
There are some limits to what can be inspected, e.g. we cannot make openings in walls to inspect behind them. However, knowing how to find problems and having the proper technology, we can identify almost any problem with a home. We recommend having a home inspection done during daylight hours so the exterior can be properly seen.
