I was purchasing a place in Flamborough and needed someone who knew their stuff when it came to not only the inspection of the house itself but the well and septic systems it relies on. John was a pleasure to deal with right from the first phone call and was (and still remains) extremely prompt at replying to any questions I have. Having a single person to contact that can inspect all of the systems was a godsend as otherwise I would have had to try and arrange multiple appointments with different companies to get things done. He even gave me a tip for the septic inspection that saved me a couple hundred dollars in the process! John provided a detailed report and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
