I called HouseMaster because they had incredible reviews online & we needed a building inspection on a country property within 24hrs, or we would have lost the offer on the property. John was so positive when we were thinking the chances of getting an inspection in less than 24 hrs might be slim to none & we may have to go without or walk away from our dream property. John had 2 other jobs that day but still took us on as clients to make sure we would be able to put the offer on our new home in confidently. We have had 2 other home inspections done in the past & we can honestly say John & Andrew were 5 times better than what we have previously experienced! They both arrived on site for Andrew to do the house & for John to complete the septic and cistern inspections. From the get go, the process was EXTREMELY professional. They had advertising on their trucks, they had uniforms and really looked the part right off the hop. Well, the professional service didn't end there! They were so good at explaining the property details to us & walking us through satisfactory, fair or poor ratings & despite being under a time crunch to get to another job (since they fit us in) they took all the time in the world to go above and beyond to explain EVERY INCH OF THE PROPERTY (& then some) for us! When you're a client, they also give you access to an abundance of resources for knowing how to care for your home to prolong its longevity! Truly cannot say enough about John & Andrew! We are so very grateful that you were apart of our experience of landing our dream home so quickly!
